This Nolita loft was a gut renovation which required moving the kitchen, adding a bathroom and two bedrooms. The project required new finishes throughout and custom furniture and vintage lighting were added to bring back the old charm of the apartment. With a mix of the old and the new, we tried to make the apartment look as if it was in its original state, we added reclaimed wood floors and made custom tiles to make them look worn. The antiques were purchased throughout the US and the UK to bring in some character.
